SHIPPING PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Make sure you have the following items ready for your submission:
Submission form, Clear penny sleeves (acid and PVC free), Semi-rigid card holders, Cardboard dividers, Rubber bands, A new shipping box, Bubble wrap and packing paper and Packing tape.

Secure the Stack
Position the stack between two cardboard dividers and fasten it with 2–3 rubber bands. Ensure the bands are snug enough to prevent shifting, but not so tight that they risk damaging the cards.
Wrap and Box the Cards
Cushion the secured stack with protective packing materials, then place it inside a new shipping box. Fill any remaining space to minimize movement and safeguard the contents during transit.

Final Packing Instructions:
Insert the printed submission form into the box. If sending multiple submissions, bundle each one separately to avoid mix-ups. Seal all seams of the box securely using packing tape, do not use painter’s tape, scotch tape, or previously used tape. Affix the shipping label(s) directly onto the box. Use clear tape or a sticker label, ensuring barcodes are fully visible. Record your tracking number and insurance information to be sent to FT. Ship your package to our Saint Augustine, FL location. Be sure to attach the label directly to the box—do not use label pouches.
